This whole list is great, but this is the one that made me bust a gut: "a contestant decide NOT to hold up their call-in number on their fingers after singing"

Yes, that one was VERY VERY funny, if I do say so myself. An alternate suggestion would have been "contestant No. 1 holding up an inappropriate finger." Now that I would like to see.
